Estimates

Estimates are prepared based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site review. If the actual condition, size or scope of the property differs materially from what was described, the estimate may be revised before work begins, with your approval.

Scheduling, changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel a visit. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms, if any, are confirmed with you when service is set up.

Access and property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and to let us know in advance about delicate surfaces, valuable items, pets, alarms or other matters that affect the work. We carry general liability insurance; please report any concern about a visit to us promptly so we can address it.

Service limitations

Our services are cleaning services. They do not include remediation, hazardous material handling, repairs, painting, debris removal or other specialty work unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment timing is confirmed with your estimate.

Intellectual property

The 7 Blessings name, logo and website content are the property of 7 Blessings Cleaning Services LLC and may not be used without permission.
