Post-construction cleaning that gets the space ready to hand over.

Final cleaning and touch-up or punch-list cleaning for contractors, builders and property managers, with a defined scope and coordinated timing.

Who this is for

General contractors, remodelers, builders and property managers who need a construction space cleaned to a presentable standard on a deadline, with a crew that understands how a project closes out.

Final construction clean

Once the trades are done, the final clean prepares the space for presentation, inspection or occupancy. It removes construction dust from every surface, cleans fixtures and glass, wipes cabinetry inside and out, and brings floors to a finished state appropriate to the surface. The exact inclusions depend on the project and are confirmed in the scope.

Touch-up and punch-list clean

After a walkthrough, or after a trade comes back for corrections, the space needs attention again. Touch-up cleaning addresses remaining dust, fingerprints, debris and the specific items on the punch list so the space is ready for the next inspection or the client.

  • Dust removal from walls, ceilings, ledges and vents
  • Windows, frames, tracks and interior glass
  • Cabinets and drawers, inside and out
  • Fixtures, appliances and hardware
  • Bathrooms and kitchens detailed
  • Floors cleaned to the finish specified

Post-construction questions

What is the difference between a final clean and a punch-list clean?

A final clean prepares the space for presentation, inspection or occupancy after construction work is complete. A punch-list or touch-up clean addresses remaining dust and specific items after trades have finished or after a walkthrough. Many projects need both, at different times.

Do you do rough cleaning during construction?

Rough-phase cleaning is scoped case by case. Tell us about the project and its stage and we will confirm what we can take on.

Will you remove paint, cement, adhesive or grout haze?

Difficult residues depend on the surface and the product. Point them out when you request the estimate and we will tell you what we can address and what may need the responsible trade.

Can you coordinate with our superintendent or project schedule?

Yes. We work to your schedule and access requirements and communicate directly with your point of contact.

Are you insured for post-construction work?

We carry general liability insurance under the 7 Blessings name. Ask for current documentation when setting up a project, and let us know if the project requires additional coverage.

Have a project closing out?

Send us the details and timeline and we will follow up to discuss the scope.
