Who this is for
Homes that have gone a while without professional cleaning, households getting ready for recurring service, families preparing for guests or a special occasion, and anyone who wants the kind of clean that reaches the places a quick visit does not.
What deep cleaning means to us
Deep cleaning is detailed cleaning. It goes beyond surfaces into the buildup that collects over time: kitchen grease, bathroom residue, dust along baseboards and trim, grime on fixtures and the areas behind and under what can safely be moved. The exact inclusions are confirmed with you in the estimate, so you know what is covered before we start.
- Kitchens, including exterior of appliances and cabinet fronts
- Bathrooms, including tubs, showers, tile and fixtures
- Baseboards, trim, door frames and switch plates
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, ledges and vents
- Floors, including edges and corners
- Optional add-ons discussed per home
What affects your estimate
- Size and layout of the home
- Current condition and level of buildup
- Specific areas you want prioritized
- Add-ons such as inside the refrigerator or oven, if requested
Deep cleaning is not remediation. Severely neglected areas, mold, biohazards, water damage or specialty surfaces may require assessment or a different type of professional. If we see something outside our scope, we will tell you honestly rather than promise a result we cannot deliver.
After the deep clean
Many customers follow a deep cleaning with recurring service. Once the home is at a maintainable level, regular visits keep it there with far less effort, and the next deep clean is a long way off.
